@noyoushutthefuckupdad@shitposter.world @sun@shitposter.world the ringing doesn't even really bother me any more since i habituated to it a long time ago.. the only time it bothers me is if it gets loud from when i expose my ears to sounds that are medium or loud in volume for too long.. my ringing gets loud in those situations but will go back to normal volume in a few hours or days.. as long as the ringing stays at normal volume then i don't even notice it.. but my ears are really sensitive to noise though, and so things that help people with tinnitus usually like pink noise or white noise or ocean sounds etc don't really help me because those sounds just bother my ears and start making the ringing louder.. my brain damage is much more of an issue for my life sucking these days..
