Here we go again. Daughter's application for renewal of her National Entitlement Card for free travel has been rejected because her disability allowance letter is >18 months old. Had this with disabled railcard last year - DWP says as her benefit is ongoing, no new letter can be issued & 'ongoing' wording should be accepted as proof. But Transport Scotland won't accept it. It's shocking how impossible they make it for those with a disbility to claim what they're entitled to.
