A high-level politician in #NewMexico told me yesterday that every time the price-per-barrel of #oil goes up by another $1, the state of New Mexico, which gets royalties on the 800+ million barrels produced annually, makes an additional $50 million. The war on Iran is fantastic for New Mexico.
