So much for that market optimism. Declining stocks led advancing stocks 62.8% to 32.8% today. The major indexes agreed and all closed down by over 1%:
DJIA -469.38 (-1.01%)
NASDAQ -521.74 (-2.38%)
S&P 500 -114.74 (-1.74%)
Russell 2000 -43.06 (-1.70%)
My portfolio lost 0.99% today, beating all the indexes.
