Corporations and government are so dull and unable to take risk they only know the numbers of 5 different firms to call when they need something. We all know that a smaller ad agency, internal team, or some dude(tte) on fiver would be able to make a better site at significantly less cost, but then someone at ABC would have to actually be responsible for that call. Hiring Accenture/Infosys/KPMG has become the new "no one ever got fired for using IBM/Microsoft"
