The most.toxic thing you can say on a phone call to emergency phone.lines is "I'm goong to hang up because this isn't productive." Bitch YOU'RE THE PERSON UNLAWFULLY NEGLECTING THE FUCKING PHONE CALL. The only people that have ever told.me a conversation isn't productive on the phone have LITERALLY BEEN THE MORONS making the conversation unprofessional AND UNPRODUCTIVE.
