Most boards show where tickets are, not what's happening with the work.
A ticket that's been stuck in "In Progress" for three days looks identical to one that's actively being worked on. And as long as that's the case, you're managing activity, not understanding flow.
What does flow mean anyways? That's what this interactive page is for:
