I decided to avoid listing shows that haven’t been completed yet like Hirayasumi or House of the Dragon, (or that I haven’t finished yet like The Bureau), because there’s always the potential my opinion will change significantly by the end. I also chose not to include reality TV like The Devil’s Plan, since it seems like no one else has been doing that and it doesn’t really feel in the spirit of the list.
