Now Deutsche Bahn we know time and dates are difficult. But really. Trains might be delayed, but they are still arriving in the time zone of the country they are in. No point in outputting the time string in UTC to the user (for machines ok maybe). Screenshots: show the in-train portal relying on the passengers web browser to display the time it its own time zone. Which - you know - might not be set to Europe/Berlin. Confusing.
