Fines and fees are extraordinarily unjust *by nature*. One is a method by which rich people can commit crimes without consequence. The other is the government *you've already paid for* charging you for the privilege of *existing in the society mandated by said government*. There is no government revenue plan worth anything at all that includes fines and fees. They should all be outlawed.
