if you send a packet to 255.255.255.255 it gets broadcasted to every internet connected computer across all continents on planet earth. please only use it sparingly, and share its bandwidth responsibly

many people on slow internet connections have to constantly deal with their internet dropping out because of bandwidth hoggers who dont realize not everyone has fast internet. please consider the issues your use of the 255.255.255.255 global broadcast address might cause for them.
