Why do so many people get rid of their old phone BEFORE they move Okta/Duo/Microslop Authenticator to their new phone?

@captpackrat This is a very familiar not-ticket. It is a not-ticket because they can't log in to submit a ticket, and instead come around to the IT office in person in search of someone who can help. That someone is me.
