Random fact I just learned:
Here in #Massachusetts, starting last November, court records of new name changes are now impounded records. They are no longer freely available to the public.
I'm very curious about how/when that happened, and who was responsible.
I don't know what the limits on impounded records are, and who can request them, or under what circumstances.
