I want negative feedback first. It’s how I analyze actions and decisions to improve them. Positive feedback just shows something is working as intended, so is less valuable. No feedback is like doing stuff blindfolded.
I think anyone that was an art major highly values critique from peers and those with more experience. It’s a good practice.
