You need non-humans. Deeming nazis non-human is not compatible with valuing the ecosystems, organisms, rocks, nutrients, songs, weaves, that you literally can’t live without. Not to mention the countless therians, otherkin, transspecies, alterspecies, alterhuman folks who are in your communities whether its safe for them to be out or not. I want to be safe in queer and covid cautious community. Instead, right now, we are reminded constantly of how folks think our nonhuman existences are some sort of punishment to be inflicted on those they don’t like, or some kind of moral crown that can be thrown away by acting terribly. Humans are capable of fascist, bigoted, eugenicist things. That doesn’t make them inhuman. Their hatred of things they deem inhuman, and those they deem not people, is what makes them fascist, bigoted, eugenicist. Calling a nazi subhuman, inhuman, less than human, not human, is exactly the same as calling a nazi ableist or anti-queer slurs. It is using nazi logic and language to try and demean the nazis. Please reevaluate your language against your real values instead of unquestioningly repeating nazi rhetoric.
