Something irritating me a little more than it should is how all my former refuges are betraying me. For example, Apple MacOS used to be a pleasure. It wasn’t perfect but it wasn’t an eyesore, and the designers paid attention to UX. Now that’s in shambles and I can’t even retreat to my laptop without being reminded of the constant enshittification of everything.
