I’m doing a disinfection boil on my brew system in preparation for the brew day. Hopefully my brother will visit and help out with the brewing. Today’s brew will be a smash lager with Swedish malt and a recently rediscovered Swedish hop variety. It won’t be a regular lager, but I’m hoping it will be tasty at least. #homebrew #beer #lager #hops #malt
