To give them the benefit of the doubt - there are probably disabled towelheads who are just getting shafted because their mafioso providers know the language barrier and client's low IQ makes it hard for the government to figure it out without direct fraud investigation by people who aren't afraid to get called racist. Australians have no idea how many schizo afghans, blind elderly subsaharan africans etc. have been let into this country. People that could never ever be useful and contribute.
