Use of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) to suppress allergic hypersensitivity reactions - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LOnsjfECvr4&t=1984s One of my main reactions is painful swallowing. I had an upper endoscopy to check for eosinophilic esophagitis but biopsies were normal - but I have the same symptoms as EoE. Pain is greatly reduced by drinking a baking soda solution. I first tried baking soda after I noticed that my symptoms were worse if drinking something acidic (lemon water), and improved if I drank something basic (Oatly oatmilk). I had not seen the video or heard of the Japanese case report. #MCAS #Allergies #CornAllergy
