We were awoken at 2:15 this morning by a number of loud pops out on the street. Initially I thought "is that gunfire?" But each pop was followed by a crackling sound like the rain of sparks that follow some fireworks. Unless those were very fancy gang bangers, it was probably some jackass popping off leftover fireworks from Diwali. May the Force be with you
