By the end of the year I want to set up a shop to sell my original artwork. I've heard that Etsy is a bit crap these days, and I'm currently considering using Folksy or Big Cartel. Would be very grateful if anyone has any insight into these options for selling art, or if anyone has had a good experience selling on any other platforms/services.

@Robiscuit@mastodon.art I don't have personal experience but I've been following the Indie Sellers Guild since they formed to strike against Etsy a few years ago, and they have a list comparing the features of different sites, so maybe it could help you find a good fit? https://isgco.org/etsy-alternatives
