Okay so I was reading some HRT injection tips, and ran across one that said to use the same puncture hole in the stopper repeatedly to avoid coring... I hadn't seen that elsewhere, I feel like the fact you can't sanitize that hole with the alcohol swab might be a problem (and you might wear away tiny bits into the vial instead of a big core). https://transharmreduction.org/vial-contamination
So... New hole each time? (This is what I heard from a friend and assumed and thought the doctor said) Reuse hole once? Reuse multiple times?
