I had to cut down a two year old oak sapling that was sickly and I feel awful about it. The birds or squirrels planted it and I just let it grow, imagining how awesome it would be. It would've altered the entire yard when it got some real height on it, and would've no doubt messed with the septic drain field, but I've always wanted an oak tree in the yard. So yeah, sad farewell to you little Quercus. #Trees #Backyard
