Ah dear. So, according to Luxon it's everyone for themselves, and damn your neighbour, when it comes to saving fuel in response to the current crisis. According to the Stuff article below, "Asked what the government was asking Kiwis to do to save fuel, Luxon said it would be up to each person on how they navigate it."
