@buttplugio I can only speak from the American perspective (i.e. with Weltschmerz), but I find it endlessly frustrating that nobody would bat an eye at seeing Meta or Palantir or Raytheon on a résumé, but God forbid you program a sex toy.

@buttplugio I might be weird in thinking that I would be interested in the candidate if it's a rust and embedded job. Feel like the project is good xp (also somewhat signals the person plays nice with others)

@buttplugio Wow, people have some really odd takes there. Very few questioning whether anybody would want to work somewhere that doesn't judge it on the quality of the work.
