if I should love myself before I manifest whatever I want, then it ISN'T easy. you can't just make yourself like something you have been taught to hate. like if I bring you a platter of shit and told you to like it, will you like it easily ? I've been treated like a living shit by everyone since I was little (for not being neurotypical I guess, why can these ppl sniff that out ??) and pair that with living with an emotionally immature family who infantilizes and dismisses me + a sibling who bullies me all the time so imagine the amount of self hate I have. atp I've had moments where I wondered if I had (discouraged) BPD or something I can't even sing, utter a sound (not even on a mic), take a selfie, record myself, do ANYTHING not even by myself without feeling like I'm being watched and laughed at by everyone who mistreated me. do you think self acceptance is easy in that case !? even self neutrality needs a lot of training so what do you MEAN I have to love myself in order to manifest and under the same breath you say that it's easy asf ?? 😭 #manifestation #rant
