For all the Tories efforts to undermine it, the NHS can still make you cry with relief, when you quite literally don't know what's round the corner. My wife got knocked down yesterday afternoon, in a supermarket car park FFS, and has a serious head injury. I thank any Gods and all that there was a neuro ICU bed available. And heartfelt thanks to the NHS, too right it's almost a religion. #NHS #Healthcare #UK
