@oscarjiminy I think that would help a lot, especially at Centrelink. Part of the reason it got so bad is that it's been starved of funds and half its staff have been replaced by private contractors. We also need strong whistleblower protections. Our current laws punish people who call out wrongdoing - it's a perfect setup for generating corruption.
