@zaire I'm really confused by what you're saying here and would appreciate some elaboration. Do account controls aimed at helping parents to keep their kids safe enable abuse or censorship? It's a setting that you can choose to configure, or not configure, right? Nobody is forcing those settings upon consenting adults, and they sound useful for helping to protect young children from the less-positive sides of the internet. Parents have a responsibility to keep their children safe, and being able to block content that is not child-friendly, and encourage a positive relationship with technology is a critical part of that. I'm absolutely opposed to censorship, but user-configurable settings that help parents to keep their kids safe doesn't seem like that at all. I'd really appreciate an explanation if I am missing something here.
