This asshole is a COUNTY CLERK & the GOP nominee for MI SECRETARY OF STATE, and he just posted a video telling voters to "CIRCLE" names on the ballot.
IN MICHIGAN YOU DO *NOT* "CIRCLE" ANYTHING. You *FILL IN* the oval/box next to the candidate's name.

Even worse, the other guy in the video is the GOP nominee for MI ATTORNEY GENERAL, who *also* wrongly tells people to "circle" candidate names on the ballot.
