@Quantensalat I like to think about the luthier who built that guitar/bass kicking back in a chair somewhere watching this and smiling. Because they....knew. Imagine someone walking into your workshop and asking for an instrument like that, it would be so random and weird. Building something only one person could need. Then slowly learning the backstory and maybe hearing snippets of it as the build progressed. Finally seeing the totality of it on display in performance.
