It's detrimental to the people that have to deal with the consequences of the fascists that make it, it's detrimental to people that use slopware made by it, it's detrimental to the environment, it's detrimental to the economy**, and it's detrimental to "devs"*** that use it. I would love to hear your arguments for your point, but I'll have probably seen them already. * I mean specifically genai, as things like alphafold is beneficial, massively so ** It's currently propping up the entire world economy, when it inevitably fails there's a high likelyhood the end of capitalism is gonna happen, which I should be cheering on however at the current point in time it's bad *** I say that in quotes because you are not a developer if you use ai, at best you are a customer, however there are some people forced to use it that otherwise would not that are still deserving of the title @vpinon@pouet.chapril.org
