it is extremely confusing to see (all genders) added onto a job position listed in English and it makes way more sense when you understand it's an actually very good law that Germany has to ensure that you actually clarify that "yes, even if we used (male-inflected) name for this position, all genders are allowed to apply" and it really makes you wonder why this isn't required for all the other european-language job descriptions
