For those of you interested in the "bigger picture" of our digital social web and the perceived threat of regulation, this blog is a thoughtful and calm and neutral "where are we standing right now" look at it. There is certainly much to be desired in specific implementations of specific regulatory aims, but the overall picture is a pulling back from complete anarchy to a person-centred social regime.
