@alexelcu This is very cool and I started something similar on the cats-effect-direct project. I think the main thing it's missing is the ability to do it on the JVM across arbitrary threads. I know that needs a startup flag to enable but it's the difference between it being game-changing for libraries like CE vs being something that we can't relaly use.
