Is he the guy that owns culture hustle? I ordered $270 worth of pigments from them and they never shipped them. I followed up five times over four months and I got emails back saying they’d look into what was going on and I never found out what was goin on. I never got a shipping label. Never got confirmation the order was sent. They stopped replying to my emails eventually (I was polite, for the record). I finally ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company. Never in my life have I dealt with such a kafkaesque process.
