@asymco this kind of apps is quite popular. I think there are three for Quest right now, two of them which allow multi-user viewing of Google material. Similar functionality is also heavily promoted for AndroidXR. Just shows that it was a good move by Apple to send their own camera cars and buying fly-over data in addition to satellite data. Look at MSFT Flight Simulator with additional real world data like weather etc. to anticipate how real it could become.
