What cable is used for 1000BASE-T is irrelevant if TCP is used to copy the file, as any corruption will be automatically corrupted.
The only thing that makes a difference is the DAC, the cable to the headphones/speakers and the playback device - any metal cable will perform well enough considering that wet mud works fine.
