This was good. It talks about how the racism, sexism, and prejudice were always there under the surface, and how naive "we" were for not noticing, not wanting to notice it. I thought of myself as Bill and thought, I would try to find a way to let the others in, but if they were really so toxic, it might not have been a good idea. Makes me think of Sinners.
