In the US, 92 percent of adults are actively avoiding going to the doctor because they can’t even afford copays if they have insurance, never mind those without, so I’m assuming the number is much higher here.

When the Apple Watch started detecting it, I was notified after the first month of analysis. And went to the doctor. It got me back on track, and a year later I’ve gone down to minimal medication for it. I might be off of it completely sometime next year.
