Separate balance types visibly when necessary. For example, a user might have a free credit balance for practice and a cash balance for approved real-money play. Ambiguous labels create support requests and can damage confidence even when the underlying system is working correctly. (16/42)

Establish written rules for deposits, withdrawals, refunds, expired promotions, disputed transactions, and account restrictions. Show important information before a player commits to an action rather than hiding it in a long terms page. (17/42)
