To determine whether ordering via kiosk screens could gain a foothold in the market compared to manual order-taking, two profit centers were established: Kiosk Orders and Human Orders, which are now competing with each other. As a result, Human Orders suffered heavy losses compared to Kiosk Orders—even though Kiosk Orders had proactively supported Human Orders with additional promotional measures on the menu screens. @designthinkingcomic@mastodon.social
