The reason Louis Theroux is the perfect pick for a manosphere documentary is that those goons think they're absolute geniuses. They believe they've seen through the matrix, they think they've beaten a system at its own game. When, in reality, they're actually pretty stupid. Theroux isn't stupid. But he often acts it in documentaries (with guy curiosity of a toddler that's about to cause chaos) so, naturally, those influencers would yap away at him to try show how much cleverer they are.
