Europe does not mandate a cookie banner. But if a site is using cookies to sell your data, then yes.
I'm proud living in Europe. Decreasingly so as the EU commission currently tries to undermine data protection, but still: Proud.
"Also those sites with cookie banners are just doing malicious compliance."
