Encountered a dozen teenagers playing "basketball" across four lanes of traffic on Baseline Road in front of Forest Ridge apartments. Bouncing, kicking, throwing the ball from one side of the road to the other narrowly missing cars. My "Pause your game" to allow me to pass was not heeded & met with choice words. Surely we can get them a soccer pitch & a baseball court to keep them off the streets? #Ottawa #OttCity
