I think my truck just blew up :p I was lucky. I was going to go ahead and drive down to the next town on the beach. Tide was coming in and kinda high but I'd make it fine. Not if the engine blows though. It started up again and crawled back. I'd not gotten far. Not sure WTF. Oil seems fine. Lot of rattling though and nothing seems caught in any belt or anything.

Yep. Pretty sure engine is toast. Just went out and started it again after everyone in the appartments left that has night shift. Rattling like mad. Sounds like it's coming from the block for sure. Probably a piston rod slapping against the cylinder and/or block. Didn't drive through but something snapped in there. Not timing chain because it still starts and runs but it's gutless and loud as fuck...until it just says fuck you and dies. Yay :p
