Most of the time on macOS Tahoe, toolbar buttons float over blurry content that ~flows~ beneath them. But there are some situations (e.g. List View in Finder, searching in Preview) where the toolbar takes on a solid background, and it always feels SO much better to use 🥲

@toph damn. if only there were some way to make it solid all of the time. i wonder if it’s even possible or has ever been. oh well. anyway,
