I needed something to hold down a note to my dad about issues with my bike he has promised to help me get fixed, so I made this little wire sculpture last night while watching TV. Silly little thing, I thought, but dad loved it and gave me the most precious compliment he has ever given me (he likened it to the style of one of his favourite artists 😳 ). So, make more silly little things, I guess?

Looked up the artist dad mentioned and I can see why he made the association. Birger Lundquist (1910–1952).
