for all you home labbers out there. I migrated my lab from a ryzen 7 3700x to a HP sff gen 6 I3, and apart from the windows server gui in a VM being a little slower, I haven't seen any performance difference streaming 4k movies, audio books and music. I have a second SFF i use for projects and messing around. so I guess the lesson is don't over spec devices. #homelab
