Also with bugs like this... How are companies not panicing and begging their engineere and IT to get things running on Linux? This feels WAY more dangerous than working thumbdrives.

@Epic_Null@infosec.exchange @zackwhittaker@mastodon.social Employers only want the illusion of control. I have to jump through hoops to get an updated IDE or dev tooling but my employer distributes the whole Java JDK instead of just the runtime to every desktop in the company.
